These Terms govern your use of Invopacto (invopacto.com). By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Invopacto is an online generator for invoices, receipts, estimates, purchase orders and related documents, with optional saving, sending, an optional PRO subscription, and optional online payments. Creating, previewing and downloading documents is free.

Your account & content

You’re responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy and legality of the documents you create. You keep all rights to your content; you grant us the limited licence needed to store, render and deliver it on your behalf.

Online payments (Stripe Connect)

• You connect your own Stripe account and are the merchant of record for payments made to you. Stripe’s terms also apply.
• Platform fee: on the Free plan we add a small application fee (by default 1%) to each payment; on Pro/Business it is 0%. Stripe’s processing fees are separate and set by Stripe.
• You are responsible for your own taxes, the legal validity of your invoices, refunds, chargebacks and compliance with the rules that apply to you.
• Invopacto is a software platform that facilitates invoicing and payments — it is not a bank, money transmitter or payment processor.

Subscriptions

PRO is billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Invopacto for fraudulent, illegal or deceptive documents, to abuse the service or other users, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload it.

Availability & liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination & changes

You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. We may update these Terms and will revise the date above when we do.
